wonderful little hotel with amazing location to everything you want to see in gion, and the breakfast was particularly nice. location: the property was just off the bars, which is above the shopping, which is above the restaurants, train station and kamo river and the kyoto centre.

The rooms were fashionable and absolutely gorgeous with down pillows and great views. the staff were excellent and knowledgeable, thanks to them everything was really good. - Close vicinity, just 10 minutes on foot to Sanjo Keihan subway station, was a big plus.

We truly enjoyed our exceptionally nice breakfast with a variety of Japanese and western foods. the location was brilliant, only a 10-15 minute walk from a historic marketplace. 3. There was a great restaurant, shopping street, and bakery right next door.
